A backpack that we've had for years but only releasing now. The Camelbak TriZip

Have you ever heard of the Camelbak TriZip?

It's been one of those bags that we've not talked much about. For us, its been a special order bag that we've been supplying to one of our customers.
For some of you, you might recognise the TriZip and have some fond memories of it keeping you company during long sessions out in the field.

The technology behind this pack is amazing and every aspect has been well thought out.
It has been designed to fit the body and keep your movements streamlined, so when you are running maneuvers or out in the bush the pack won't snag on anything. The bags all point inwards and move into the body of the pack to keep things flowing and slim.

Camelbak Tri-Zip review. One of the most hardcore of Tactical packs

It's made out of 500D Cordura, instead of the usual 1050D to make the pack a lighter carry.
This tactical pack is NIR compliant and the bag's fabric, webbing and buckles have been treated to reduce its infrared signature.

If you do need to add anything to the bag, like a medkit, radio pouch, bottle holder, notebook holder or extra bags it has a generous amount of MOLLE to cater for anything extra.

The pack comes with a 3L long Milspec Antidote hydration reservoir and has two shoulder ports and two under arm ports on either side to feed the hydration hose through.

The biggest selling point on the bag has got to be that you can adjust the shoulder straps.
The patented Futura system allows you to extend the shoulder straps by pulling out the stability plate, parting the Velcro and adjusting the height. The well padded straps are some of the most comfortable carries that we've tried and the pack can be carried for hours without it becoming uncomfortable.
The waist strap is adjustable and you can remove it completely if you are carrying light.

A hardcore pack, that's hard to beat! Some say one of the best tactical packs in the world. Do you agree? Let us know.
