Making a Purchase

You may create an online account before purchasing or complete your order as a guest. Account creation is available from the top menu of the website. 

An online account makes future purchases quicker and easier. Your billing and delivery details are stored securely. You can log in using your username and password. Your account also lets you view orders and purchase history. 

Payment

All payments are processed through secure servers using Payment Express DPS. All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AfterPay. Government and company purchase orders are accepted with prior approval. We also work with Work and Income to assist with what you need to get back to work.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your order. In stock items are usually shipped within two business days.

Countries Supported

We currently supply customers in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Requests for Quotes

We aim to provide competitive pricing and reliable service. Additional discounts may be available for large or high-volume orders. Quotations can be requested through our sales team sales@tactical.co.nz.

Tax Charges

Orders delivered within New Zealand include Goods and Services Tax.

Orders shipped to the Pacific Islands are not subject to New Zealand tax. Local customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

A tax invoice is supplied for all orders.

Shipping and Freight

Freight charges are shown during checkout, with an estimate available before purchase. Large or heavy items may incur a surcharge. You will be advised of any surcharge before despatch.

Deliveries are handled by recognised courier and logistics providers. A physical delivery address is required, as PO Box delivery is not available. All shipments are insured up to $2,000 and can be claimed from the courier. Additional insurance can be requested at the time of ordering.

Customs Clearance

International customers are responsible for meeting local customs requirements. We cannot guarantee customs clearance. Items refused by customs authorities are not eligible for refund.

Delivery Times

Delivery times apply to in stock items only. New Zealand deliveries usually take one to three business days. Timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. Regional deliveries may take longer. Customers will be advised if extended delays occur.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking details are provided once your order has been despatched. Any visible damage should be noted at delivery, with packaging retained. Lost shipments should be reported after normal delivery time has passed.

Returns Policy

Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases. Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returns may be accepted for transit damage, processing errors, approved exchanges or valid warranty claims. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with labels. Additional freight charges may apply.

A Return Authority (RA) number is required before returning goods. Customers are responsible for return freight unless the issue is due to our error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within three working days.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. The standard warranty period is twelve months return to base. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or modification.

Website and Security

All online transactions use secure SSL encryption. Product images, specifications, prices and availability may change without notice. While care is taken, errors or omissions may occur.

Use of Products

Customers are responsible for lawful use of purchased products. Local laws regarding possession and use must be followed. Products are sold in good faith to professional and authorised users only.

By opting in, you agree to receive marketing messages from us. Message frequency may vary and standard message charges may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Privacy practices are outlined in our published privacy policy.
