Covid-19 update from Tactical Solutions

UPDATE 2020/08/12

Auckland will move back into COVID-19 alert level-3 lockdown from midday today, and the rest of New Zealand into level 2.

Effective immediately, we have closed our store in Albany.
Our Wellington store will operate as per normal with COVID-19 procedures and contact tracing in place as set out by governmental guidelines.

We are still taking orders on the website and will continue shipping as per normal.
Our full line of products are available to essential and non-essential services.
Unfortunately, no pick-ups at this stage, from our Albany store. 

Our Police BAS program will continue. Standby for further information.

We have ensured that all appropriate health, hygiene and safety measures are in place.

UPDATE 2020/05/14

Our store in Albany will be open on Monday, 18 May 2020.

Due to commitments to some of our essential service clients, we are reducing our store hours from 10:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Friday) for the time being.

Customers should stay 1m apart from each other.
Customers with flu-like symptoms to please stay away.
There will be hand sanitizer available and surfaces will be regularly cleaned.
The team will be there to assist if you need anything or something is unclear.

All shipping resumes as per normal. Our full line of products are available to essential and non-essential services.

Our store in Albany will remain closed and we are not allowing any pick-ups at this stage.

Tactical Solutions are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand and will keep you informed here about any changes that may affect our services.

We have been classified as essential services during the Level Four lockdown period and our essential services will be uninterrupted.

Our store in Albany has been closed.

We have minimised all personal interaction, amongst staff and customers and some of our team are currently working remotely.

Our warehouse will still be in operation during this time.
