Well, really, it's a patch isn't it. Does its thing, attaches to velcro and looks the part. Whats important to know is, there are legal implications for wearing the 'Red Cross', and that these are not an official 'Red Cross' as defined under the Geneva convention. Those are reserved for protected personal and look quite different. Just saying....
