Intensity and run time are competing factors in the design of a handheld lighting device. Extreme intensity requires energy.

The greater the intensity, the more significant the energy drain. The Raptor DF resolves this issue.

It provides an intermittent or constant output of 1,900 lumens with a one hour run time as measured against the ANSI FL1 Standard.

The Raptor is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum. It is Type III hardcoat anodized with a matte black finish.

The foamed vinyl grip provides thermal insulation and a firm hold. Dual Fuel technology of the Raptor allows use of an 18650 rechargeable or two CR123A primary cells.

The 18650 may be charged independently or in the light. A battery indicator measures remaining capacity.

The first level output of the Raptor is a brilliant 1,900 lumens. The second level is programmable to 15, 60, 150, 500 lumens or strobe.
